Returns and Refunds
We want nothing more than to make sure you have a great sign delivered with no problems. Your sign will be shipped in a double wall reinforced flat box made for these signs.

If, somehow, your sign does arrive damaged or defective, no worries. Please snap a picture of the box and sign as soon as possible and send us an email, that’s it. We will replace it for you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item, we are here to help. Please email a photo of the item and box to us within 2 days of receipt. Upon verification, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you.

Buyer's Remorse
Please note that due to the nature of our made-to-order products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for situations where the buyer changes their mind or prefers a different item or size after the order is placed.
